Mr. Alexander Kupriyanov graduated from the Institute of Asian and African countries of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov (Moscow) and the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2001-2003 he studied in the Institute of Financial Services (UK). Holds professional qualification certificates of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Cyprus allowing him to head brokerage and dealing departments in any Investment Company in Cyprus.

Until 1993 Mr. Kupriyanov was working in the public sector structures of the Soviet Union. In 1993-2003 was working in Banking. He was managing various departments and branches of Sotsinvestbank, Toribank, Bank of National Development. In 2001 he was appointed a general manager of Agropromstroybank International Banking Unit in Limassol, Cyprus. After 2003 Mr. Kupriyanov was a Managing Director of Cypriot Investment Firms: S.L Capital Services Ltd and Metropol (Cyprus) Ltd.

In November 2010 Mr. Kupriyanov was appointed the Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors of Otkritie Finance (Cyprus) Limited, an EU licensed company located in Cyprus being a part of OTKRITIE Financial Corporation Limited.

Mr. Kupriyanov is a member of the Association of Russian Businessmen in Cyprus.

Mr. Ali Albetkov is an Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors of Otkritie Finance (Cyprus) Limited. In addition he currently holds positions of Chief Financial Officer of Otkritie Capital and Chief Operating Officer, Capital Markets of Otkritie Capital. Mr. Albetkov holds a Master degree in Anti-Crisis Management from Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. Before joining OTKRITIE in 2010 he was a Director responsible for business management and CRM in IBF and FICC departments of Renaissance Capital, and Treasury management of Renaissance Group. From 1997 until 2006 Mr. Albetkov was holding managerial roles in United Financial Group, Ernst & Young CIS Ltd, Magnezit Group Inc.

Mrs. Irina Lisitsyna is an Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors of Otkritie Finance (Cyprus) Limited. At the same time she is an Executive Director of OAO Bank Otkritie. Before joining "OTKRITIE" in 2004 Mrs. Lisitsyna was a Deputy to General Manager of LLC INVECO (Investment Company).

Irina graduated and post graduated from the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov (Mechanic-Mathematic Faculty) and the Russian Economical Academy named after Plekhanov (Finances, Taxes, Credit).

Mr. Sergey Evseev is a Head of Risk Management of Otkritie Finance(Cyprus) Limited. He graduated from Samara State Economic Academy in 2002 with honors. He holds Ph.D. degree in Economics since 2006. His risk management career constitutes 10 years of professional experience. It starts with Commercial Bank Solidarnost in Samara, later he shifted to the investment banking business joining one of the major brokerage houses in Russian market. Prior to joining Otkritie Group as the head of risk management of Otkritie Finance(Cyprus) ltd in July 2011, he worked as a head of risk management department in Cypriot Investment Firm – Unicredit Securities International limited (previously Aton International Limited) since July 2007. Mr. Evseev holds a Professional Risk Management certificate granted by Professional Risk Management International Association (PRMIA), USA.
