Graduated from Peoples' Friendship University (Moscow). Holds qualification certificate/license given by the Federal Commission on the Securities Market of Russia allowing him to be a Broker,   Dealer or Manager in any Russian Financial Company. He also passed examinations held in Cyprus (EU) by the Ministry of Finance and received certificate/license allowing him to be a broker in any Financial/Investment Company. Before joining OTKRITIE he was the Managing Director of Interfin Trade (Overseas) Ltd., an EU licensed Company located in Cyprus, where he managed the business of the Company in EU. This Company provided brokerage & Asset management services to its clients and was authorized by the supervisory authority Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission. From February 2007 he joined Otkritie Finance (Cyprus) Limited, an EU licensed company located in Cyprus and a part of OTKRITIE Financial Corporation Ltd., as the Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors. Was awarded two Gold Medals, one for excellent academic studies and the other for contributions to the development of Russian business in Cyprus.

Graduated from City University (London). He also passed examinations in 2005 and 2006, held in Cyprus (EU) by the Ministry of Finance and received license for Reception, Transmission and Execution of Orders (Broker). Before joining OTKRITIE he was the Manager in Interfin Trade (Overseas) Ltd., where he assisted the Managing Director to manage the business of the Company in EU. From November 2005 he joined Otkritie Finance (Cyprus) Ltd. an EU licensed Company located in Cyprus and part of the OTKRITIE Financial Corporation Ltd. He currently holds the position of  Risk Manager. Apart from his experience in the financial markets, he has gained considerable experience in compliance and  human resource. 

Mr. Agathocleous graduated from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York.  He holds the stockbrokers license Series 7 and Series 63 administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority FINRA in the USA. Mr. Agathocleous has also acquired the certificates of portfolio management and manager of dealings section issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission CySEC. Before joining OTKRITIE, he has worked for several years in the USA and Cyprus holding various positions in the financial services industry. In March 2001 Mr. Agathocleous returned to Cyprus and worked for several years as a portfolio manager with Lefkoniko Stockbrokers Ltd. Following that he held the position of business analyst and project manager with VENO Establishment Overseas Ltd and after that was the Investment advice manager for ICFI (Cyprus) Ltd. Mr. Agathocleous has joined Otkritie Finance (Cyprus) Limited in April 2008. He holds the position of portfolio manager.
